I’ve had numerous requests about sharing all the beauty products I use (hair, makeup, etc). So here we go!
Let’s start with makeup. I use a wide range of price points. I will list the products I use that are more “splurge” options, and my cheaper more affordable options that I also use. I will link each item as well so you know where to buy it!
MAKEUP
Foundation:
I like to have a variety of foundations to switch it up. Whether I want to go more glam one day, or just an every day look. Here’s the foundations that I swear by!
Splurge: La Mer Foundation (color Bisque 21). $120. I will always and forever be buying this foundation. It lasts me 1.5-2 months. It’s SUPER moisturizing and goes on so smoothly. It is medium-full coverage. It’s worth every penny, trust me.
Splurge: Giorgia Armani Luminous Silk Foundation $64. It’s in the title. Silk Foundation. This one is also in my vanity.
Save: Tient Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation $47. I tend to actually mix this with La Mer if I want a little more coverage. I love the formula of this one, it’s a great option!
Save: Milani 2-in-1 Foundation + Concealer $11.19. This foundation is actually amazing. It’s super full coverage and the formula is very smooth and creamy and blends right into your skin!
Concealer:
I didn’t start wearing concealer until this year. I don’t know how I went so long without it!
Splurge: Cle de Peau Beauté Concealer. $70. This is definitely a splurge for a concealer, but it is luxurious! When I want to be more glam, I wear this.
Save: Tarte Shape Tape $27. I swear by this. It’s amazing. I wear this EVERY day. I put it on with the stick that comes with the bottle under my eyes, in the middle of my forehead, and on my chin and use a sponge/beauty blender to blend it in.
Contour:
Splurge: Sculpt & Glow Face Highlight & Contour $89. It’s creamy and smooth! It also has some great highlighters included.
Save: Lancome Tient Idole Ultra 24 HR Fondation Stick $42. I actually use a foundation stick for my every day contour! I find that it blends better. I wear color 420 Bisque Natural.
Bronzer:
There’s actually a few bronzers that I would recommend! I’ve used all of these and continue to buy them!
Splurge: Nars Bronzing Power $40. It’s one of the best bronzers on the market. Love this one!
Save: Urban Decay Beached Bronzer $30. Love the consistentcy and texture of this.
Save: Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer $11.19. This smells SOOOO good. I use it on glam days and every day looks.
Blush:
Splurge: Nars Blush: Orgasm $30. The color “orgasm” is the best color!
Save: Tarte Cheek Stain $20. Glisten. They are discontinuing this and it makes me so sad! It’s seriously the BEST! So it’s on sale, grab it before it’s gone forever!
Eyebrows:
Splurge: Anastasia Brow Kit $65. I use every single item in this kit religiously. Comes with tweezers, stencils, brow brush, powder, and a case.
Save: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow $18. I’m obsessed with this. This is what I use the most!
Save: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil $21. Taupe. This is an amazing pencil, by far my favorite out of all the pencils.
Save: Benefit Gimme Brow Eye Gel $24.
Eyes:
Primer
Splurge: Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer $24. I use both primers and they are both great!
Save: Mac Pro Longer Paint Pot $22. I use both primers and they are both great!
Eyeshadow
Pallet Splurge:Tom Ford Eyeshadow Quad $88. All these pallets are incredible. I tend to use nude dip the most.
Pallet Save: Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Eyeshadow $42. Love all these pallets! They come with the best eyeshadow brush ever too!
Shimmer Splurge: Charlotte Tilbury Eyes Cream Eyeshadow $32. These are seriously amazing. They are so creamy and smooth and give your eyes that glow. I love the color jean.
Shimmer Save: Stila Shimmer & Flow Liquid Eyeshadow $24. I use this as a cheaper option to the Charlotte Tilbury, it does the same trick just a little more shimmer, not as creamy! Put it over a light powder shadow. Kitten is my favorite color.
Mascara
Splurge: Velvet Noir Mascara $26. This is the mascara I use that’s not waterproof.
Splurge: Lancome Hypnose $27.5o. This is what I use for waterproof mascara.
Save: Covergirl Mascara $12. You can find this at your local drugstore.
Lashes
Save: Ardell Demi Wispies Lashes I tend to wear these the most.
Splurge: Siren House of Lashes
Lips:
Splurge: Agave Lip Mask $26. If I had to pick on item that I couldn’t live without, this is it. Seriously. Thank me later, but you NEED this. I just use the clear one. I put it on before and after applying lipstick.
Splurge: Bite Lipsticks $26. These are so creamy and moisturizing. My favorite colors are: Souffle, Thistle and Honeycomb.
Save: Mac Lipsticks $18.50. Nude: Myth HERE, Pink: Pretty please & Snob HERE, Red: D for Danger, Russian Red, Retro
Urban Decay Lip Liners $20. I’ve tried so many lip liners and these are the best ones I’ve found. The go on so smoothly! Highly recommend! Favorite colors: Blackmail & Obsessed, but I have them all and use them all. Those are just the ones that work the best with my favorite lipsticks!
Other:
Setting Spray: Don’t forget to put on setting spray after you put your makeup on. It keeps things in place.
HAIR
I really don’t use very many hair products. I’ve never colored my hair, so it’s pretty healthy. So here is the list of tools and products I use to style my hair currently.
hot tools
GHD Curling Iron: for more structured curls
T3 Wand: for beach waves
T3 Bodywaver: for the big loose curls
Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer: EXPENSIVE, but so worth it. So much better for your hair!
styling products
It’s a 10: I use the shampoo, conditioner and the leave in conditioner. Smells amazing and makes your hair so smooth.
Kenra hairspray: Smells good and holds up really well without making your hair sticky.
Bumble and Bumble Pret-a-powder Dry Shampoo: This is by far the best dry shampoo. I’ve used a lot of dry shampoos. This one not only takes away the grease, but gives your hair volume! This is a product I will buy forever.
SKIN
My skin is super sensitive so I keep my skincare products to a minimum. I use Cetaphil gel face wash, that’s how sensitive my skin is!
Night Calming Neutrogena Wipes
Drunk Elephant Glycolic Night Serum. This has really cleared up my acne scars. I use it religiously every night.
La Mer moisturizer. I will always and forever use this. There is nothing out on the market that even compares with it. It’s expensive, but I bought the bigger container a year ago and I still have it. A little bit goes a LONG way.
St Tropaz Tanning Mouse: This is the only tanner I’ve found so far that I’ve liked. It doesn’t make you streaky and actually lasts for a long time!
